Every piece is made from a handmade mold that Paul makes out of plaster. Once the mold is dry Paul fills each one with "slip" (liquid clay) He carefully watches as the clay sets up, takes them out of the molds and then smooths and cleans them. Once they are cleaned I (Annie) paints each one by hand - usually while feeding, playing and holding our baby! Multitasking has become a big part of a daily lives while running a business!
