Refund policy

All sales are final. :) If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch within 3 days after you receive your order.


All purchases with shipping are charged at the price shown at check out. Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If your order is damaged in the shipping process, please let us know! We will happily discuss a replacement or exchange. Simply send us your order number, pictures of the broken piece(s) and packaging. Please also keep the broken piece(s) until the claim is finished.

Once you have received confirmation of order and shipping details through email, you will receive an updated status with tracking number and an estimated delivery date. If the package is delayed or there is a failure of delivery or any other incident, we will try our best to reach out to the carrier and look into the case. However, we will not be able to send out any replacement or refund. Thanks for your understanding! 

All items are made to order. 
Orders can take 7-14 days to process and pack before being sent out.
